The Women’s International Podcasting Expo 2006 is the second of a series of events operated by the Joint Venture between 1st Podcast Publishing and Co-OpWorld. The first successful International Podcasting Expo was held April 21-23, 2006,

1st Podcast Publishing, a division of Encouraging Enterprises, Inc. and eMediaTouch, is a network of professionals knowledgeable in audio production and editing, RSS (Really Simple Syndication), broadcasting and technology.

Penny Haynes is the organizer of the Expo. She is also the CEO of Encouraging Enterprises Incorporated and Producer for eMedia Touch, is a Podcasting Consultant for Lifetime Television.  An expert creator of polished and professional Podcasts from raw audio or video footage, Penny teaches others how to create quality recordings in the comfort of their own home and makes audio and video affordable for every individual and business.

Co-OpWorld is creating a member-driven network of family-friendly communities for people to browse and easily find the information, products and services they need and the people they want to meet.

As part of the network, Co-OpWorld has developed a 3-D Virtual 'Community Expo' platform for Special Interest Communities such as ArtsNcrafts, Business Opportunities, Dogs and Gardening.

People from around the world can attend the Expos using the power of VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) web conferencing. to:

Co-OpWorld is also developing a global network of Local Community Websites and Expo Pavilions. The Co-OpWorld project is an international initiative of Community Enabler Pty Ltd., a privately held Australian company based in Melbourne.
