Hi, I'm Cheryl Brown, from Sidney, Ohio, USA. I became a member of Co-Op World 03/04. I was ready to quit the internet due to the awful material I ran into on the net. It was making me sick - literally. Then I saw an ad for Co-Op World and took a look. What caught my eye was "family friendly". A place on the Internet that I can share with my grandkids - how wonderful! So, I joined and started digging in my member's area, and went to the conference room, where I met Terry and Judy. They answered my questions and helped me to see how Co-Op World is bringing the Internet to a local level. It excited me to think that I can make a difference right here in my own town! I became a Local Community Partner for Sidney-Shelby. Since then, I have made so many new friends, and even volunteered to help with research for our Worlds of Interest. I'm helping to build this family friendly community! Sometimes I have to wonder - How in the world, did I find Co-Op World? I know that I'm really glad I did!

Co-OpWorld has opened an exciting entrepreneurial door to me. After spending many months and thousands of hours searching the web for a solid business venture, I'm pleased to have found a community that is not only personally and professionally rewarding but also compatible with my diverse background, philosophy and interests. Being a regular participant in many of the live web conferences, I find it refreshing to interact with a corporate staff that welcomes and acts upon creative ideas that all members are invited to share. The internet environment has gotten out of hand with unwanted email, all kind of scams and just plain trash. My name is Judy Gow and I am from Chatham, Ontario, Canada. I am one of the moderators in the live web conference room at Co-OpWorld. I was first drawn to Co-OpWorld by the fact 10% of the net profits go to charities and non-profit organizations. Secondly, when I went into the live conference room to hear a presentation, everyone was so friendly and seemed to be having such a great time and I have made many new friends, worldwide! I sat in the conference room for days, just gleaning from those who have been in the business for years!! One day, I just decided that this was the business for me, and that it would be a great way to supplement my income!! I have since become involved, not only in becoming a moderator, but also a Local World Partner, several times over! I haven't looked back!! If I can do this business, so can you!! Co-OpWorld is a great concept, and I am so glad to be a part of it!
