Meeting The Challenge

By arriving on this page you are well on your way toward accepting the challenge of taking Co-OpWorld from being a great website to being one of the premier communities connecting people locally and globally.

We need motivated people like you to help us make Co-OpWorld one of the world's major family oriented on and offline communities. 

To get things started in a particular community, we have an exciting offer for a Local Community Partner (LCP) to help get the LocalWorlds established.

We are are also looking for volunteers and income seekers to help us build out the various LocalWorlds and expand the network of communities so we can deliver even more benefits for our members.

Volunteers to:

• act as moderators in our Local Chat rooms and Bulletin Board Forums to help us maintain a family-friendly environment
• provide support to new members of our community so they can get the most out of the products and services we provide
• research links and other content so we become a great one stop spot for people to find the best websites and resources on the Net
• provide information on local events and news
• deliver training or be a guest speaker in our seminars room on any of our "Worlds Of Interest" topics (which cover just about anything you can think of !! )

Job Seekers:

Co-OpWorld was created to build stronger local communities. One aspect of this is to help create local jobs, particularly for those looking for flexible work arrangements.

Whilst we are limited with the number of positions we can make available, until the community and our revenue grows, we are always on the lookout for good people. We do encourage you to submit your resume with details of your skills and experience.

Sales Commission People:

We also provide an opportunity for you to earn an income by letting local business and other members of your community know about our range of products. You can get started in our affiliate program for free and earn commissions on sales of products such as advertising, communications products, training and member to member sales to name a few.

Each community has only ONE Local Community Partner (LCP) who has the satisfaction of helping us kickstart that LocalWorld and the opportunity to participate in a number of exclusive benefits.

Already almost 200 LocalWorlds have been created thanks to the support of Local Community Partners. There are many great reasons for Entrepreneurs, Community Minded Citizens, Community Clubs and Local Businesses to be the Local Community Partner.

We have two separate offers:

1. The Reseller Offer
2. The Advertiser Offer

Entrepreneurs

The LCP has the opportunity to benefit from the sale of the Sponsorship Ads on that LocalWorld's websites. This has the potential to be a very financially attractive way to make a difference in your community.

The Sponsorship Ads are the ads you see at the top of the left hand menu of most pages, just underneath the main webpage header. We 'rotate' ads in this space, so that each time a visitor views the page a different paid sponsorship ad is shown.

It is expected that this prime 'sponsorship' advertising will be keenly sought after as we grow the community and have 'more eyeballs' looking at The Co-OpWorld network of sites.

Until May 31st 2005, we have two different ways to participate. The original system, and the new system which is focussed on encouraging more active involvement. Anyone who becomes a Local Community Partner (Reseller) before the end of May can decide prior to August 31st which compensation system best suits them. Everyone who becomes an LCP after May 31st will be under the new system.

Local Clubs and other Community Minded People :

Becoming a Local Community Partner is an excellent way for Community Minded Citizens to contribute to the well being of their local community. Our LocalWorlds are a great way to get people involved in the goings-on in the Local Community and we'll shortly be providing Community Groups and Charities, at no cost, a range of :

• Innovative ways to fundraise
• Community Building Tools
• Communication products

Local Businesses such as Real Estate Agents:

Becoming the Local Community Partner is an excellent way to reduce your advertising costs and increase your exposure. We anticipate hundreds of Community Minded Real Estate Agents and other local businesses will see the value and become Local Community Partners.
