Use the Booth Wizard to edit the text content such as your 'About Us' description, Contact Details and Booth Title

To Edit the Text: click on the Launch & Edit link which will open a new window with a URL like:
http://global.co-opworld.com/exhibitor.php?id=34&a=edit (where 34 is your booth number)

Click on the various edit links to add the rest of the content to your booth. You can update this information at any stage provided you are logged in.

Do not use a HTML tags or a double quotation " as it causes an error and makes your page not editable. If you inadvertendtly do add this, just email us and we can remove it for you.

Use "Edit Forms" to add details such as:

Add up to 10 keywords of your products, services opr related phrases

Add the hours you expect to be in attendance in the web conference room attached to your booth

Add your Skype ID if you would like to be available for people to page you with Skype, the free VOIP system that will work in parallel with the web conference booths, then you need to enter your Skype user name. This way you can be attending seminars and still be available to meet prospects in your booth web conference room. To make the skype feature work you do need to set your Skype privacy settings in your skype toolbar. Tools>Options>Privacy and then check the box to allow your profile to be seen on the web. This may result in Skype users spamming you, so it might be that you only choose to enable this when the Expo is running.

Add links to any brochures or presentations (eg Word or PDF documents) that you would like to make available for download. This section is for documents that you have on your own servers.

Upload your brochures or presentations directly to the Co-OpWorld servers. Whether you are linking or uploading you need to choose the name of the document as it is to appear in your booth, and then either link or upload.

If you have a Company Logo please email that also. (Preferred size is 140 x 90 pixels but we can resize to suit) Alternatively we will create one. Just let us know preferred color schemes and if you have a photo or image you'd like included, like the one we made below.

Your Booth's Web Conference Room

For the Podcasting Expo we are having one common web conference roomn for the Exhibitors to talk to expo attendees. This will provide you with a chance to network not only with attendees but also with other speakers. Should you wish to have private conversations you can use Skype as a communication tool with people at the Expo.

You can access this conference room via the Moderator Access link in your booth with the password podcastpenny.
